Here’s what you should do.
Get your hands on a pen and paper.
Write down the following:
This is going to be a list of things you have to do. It’s a checklist, draw circles or boxes before every task you list down and make sure you have that piece of paper visible where you’re sitting.
Go back to tick each and every task once you’re done with it.
Remember you can be very specific which would make your list longer. Which means you’ll have more tasks to tick off. If you are a person that is driven by achievement this would be ideal.
Your list of tasks does not necessarily have to be a list. It can be a drawing if you fancy. See below images and copy them onto your price of paper.
Your tasks can be leaves and you can work until you grow a full tree. The more leaves the bigger the tree.
